Windsor is only a few miles from the Royal Holloway, Windsor Castle is one of the Queen's official residences and is open for visitors all year round. The historic River Thames flows through the town and boat trips on the river are widely available. The Runnymede Monument is only a few minutes drive from the town. Nearby is the renowned Eton College where both Prince William and Prince Harry were educated.
